  When I went there I got the New York strip , the one cook or Chef that prepared my steak did an excellent job exactly how I ordered it, the next day I went and had exactly the same thing but there was a different cook or chef... It was rare it was actually medium well. but for the most part I love that place and if I ever have to go back to Florida I will go to the long.
