  Expectation, satisfaction these are words that you expect when walking into a restaurant it's the thought that come across your mind when you walk in through the doors to come and spend your money because you decided to come in and enjoy a nice meal. If a customer asks why a product is not the way it normally is it's because somethings wrong. As a worker at any restaurant you should want to make sure that the food you're serving is up to satisfaction and the expectation of the customer that comes in. If it is not then it's deemed unworthy to serve . Next time a client or customer asked you to change something maybe your obligation and duty is to put customer service ahead of whatever you're going through that day people are starving and are getting out of work. It shouldn't be that you're coming to waste money for something that you could've found at McDonald's. This is how you lose business. If I could put zero stars I would.
