  I had the most awful experience of my life going to Hilda Besner. I strongly, strongly advise anyone with any sort of issue to NOT go to her!!!!!! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples therapy session. Clearly we have issues and were looking to therapy for some answers. Not only did I feel judged, hurt, exposed, upset and isolated but Hilda most definitely should not be in this field what so ever. Hilda allowed my narsisstic boyfriend to control the whole session leaving me completely exposed feeling vulnerable and an easy target. Her input was not apparent and when she did make jestures she sided with the other party instead of hearing both sides to a story. Not only has this therapy session made things worse in my relationship but it has also made my boyfriend believe he can continue to treat me poorly based on the session. Hilda Besner is the worst Doctor I have ever met. I hope this is an eye opener for anyone looking for help, look into another place! I seriously advise no one to go to Helda.
