  Decided to grab coffee while on night watch with my Mom at Imperial Point. I had bought a coffee mug from another 7-Eleven right down the street. They told me that when I bought the mug I would get the first cup of coffee free and it's also written on the mug. But I didn't have to get it at the time of purchase. So I thought, great, I'll get a cup of coffee now from the 7-Eleven across from the hospital. Both the cashier and the so-called manager Manager looked at me like I was crazy and said no they would not honor my free cup of coffee even though the mug was still wrapped up still had 7-Eleven right on it and still had first free coffee right now. You won't get my business anymore.
